So, if you click this link you can, in a roundabout way, sign up for the as-yet-unopened Australian iTunes Music Store. I have no idea of the legality of this, so I'm just going to buy one inaugural track and wait until it's official, but YAY.

Here in the States, I think the iTunes Music Store is nice and all, but I'm not sure I would get excited about it. Then again, maybe I just take it for granted that this kind of thing will appear here, first. And, admittedly, I do buy more music via iTMS than I ever thought I would. Which is to say, Virginia, there goes some more of your money, one song track at a time.
