Designing the (Urban) Designers

I've been working in a semi-paid kinda way for an organisation called the Urban Design Forum for years now; they give me money to update the site every few months when a new edition of their publication comes out, and I take it upon myself, ridiculously, to redesign the site every year. I'm just finishing off a new iteration of the site at the moment, and, typographically at least, it's the most successful version so far. (No, you can't see the old version. Blerk.)
I'll be slipping in some kind of banner image at some point, but I'm so keen on that white space that I'm struggling to come up with something as satisfying... Ahhh. White space.
UPDATE: So, it's turned out to be a banner banner. White space gone. RIP.
