Phew.

The last couple of weeks I've been flat-out redesigning the website for my soon-to-be-former employer, The Reader. It's the most complex PHP coding I've done (not that it's particularly complex), and by the end of tomorrow will even validate XHTML Strict. Ha. It's in a graphic style that doesn't come naturally to me - drop shadows, curvy corners - but that's a been a surprisingly pleasant challenge to meet, and all in all I feel like I've learnt a lot working through it. Next stop: the Standard Beer Garden.

Lovely website! My only criticism is that the e-acute in the French newspaper Liberation has come out funny.

No actually, that’s not my only criticism, but it’s my only criticism of anything that you might have anything to do with, if you get my meaning.
